Accomplished Marketing Executive Appointed to Lead Marketing Strategy and Brand Development for Fast-Growing Mortgage Banking Firm

Residential Finance Corporation (RFC), a nationwide mortgage lender, is pleased to announce the recent addition of Jessica Manna to its executive management team. Manna joins RFC as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to direct marketing, communications and business-growth strategy for the fast-growing mortgage lender.

As CMO, Manna oversees the overall corporate marketing strategy, communications, and brand management to support aggressive corporate growth objectives. Manna’s team will direct development of marketing initiatives across all channels - interactive, web development, public relations, direct mail, telemarketing, branding, advertising, and strategic alliances - from product positioning and strategy to the execution and analysis of new customer acquisition programs.

Manna brings extensive strategic marketing expertise and experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining RFC, Manna was Vice President of Business Development for marketing agency, Intellidyn. While at Intellidyn, she served as senior marketing consultant to many of the nation’s largest mortgage lenders, including Ditech, Countrywide Home Loans, Aegis Lending, GMAC Mortgage, and Indymac Bank, where she aided clients in leveraging data and analytics to drive high-response marketing strategies.

Jessica Manna is a seasoned marketing professional with a deep knowledge of financial services and mortgage marketing. Her extensive training and certifications include: MarketingSherpa Email Marketing; Mortgage Bankers Association FHA Product Training; ProActive Training & Consulting; Dale Vermillion's Mortgage Champions Mortgage Sales & Leadership; and the National Center for Database Marketing.

A member of the American Marketing Association; Public Relations Society of America, and Mortgage Bankers Association, Manna also serves on the Direct Marketing Association’s Financial Services Council. Jessica and her team at Intellidyn received MarketingSherpa’s 2008 "Gold Consumer" Award for a customized e-mail marketing solution developed for GMAC Mortgage. Manna will receive a degree in Management and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University this fall.
